Reading the site
This release does not include analytics scripts, advertising pixels, third-party font requests or tracking cookies. Like other websites, the hosting service may process technical request information such as IP address, requested address, browser information and time in server logs to operate and secure the site. This site does not claim that server requests are anonymous.
Using the matrix builder
The tool processes entries in browser memory. It does not upload them, send them to FBP, or save them to local storage. Refreshing or closing the page clears the session’s entries. Export creates a download on your device when you choose it. Downloaded files remain subject to your device’s storage, backup and sharing settings.
Use generalized planning information. Do not enter controlled information, confidential pricing, sensitive personal data or material your organization prohibits in an unapproved tool. The builder is a planning aid, not an approved environment for sensitive proposal content.

Article search and filters run locally against the guides already shown on the page. External links take you to websites with their own policies, including Federal Bid Partners and official procurement sources. Information you submit through another site is handled by that site, not this static publication.
